We are looking for a passionate, innovative, creative, and skilled Copywriter. The role will work collaboratively with the our internal team and will concept, write, and deliver copy for a variety of clients.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position within our Philadelphia Office. Remote work may be available for the right candidate.
  • Customer service and client management experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal operations team.
  • Share new services and recommendations back to clients in their best interest.
  • Maintain and protecting company margins (i.e., alerting clients when their requests are out-of-scope).
  • Growth of accounts (making clients aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success).
  • Manage account reviews, mistakes, etc.
  • Stay ahead of trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect our clients.
  • Analyze progress reports, perform consultations, and always ensure that clients know what we are doing and the value they are receiving.
